We make our pistachio ice cream using certified DOP Bronte pistachios grown in Bronte, Sicily on the slopes of Mount Etna and considered the best in the world.
The rich and nutty ice cream is finished off with lashings of salted caramel before even more Bronte pistachios are scattered on top.
