
One from the archives and everyone's old fashioned favourite!
We use golden raisins (the best, in our opinion) and steep them in spiced rum for a minimum of 24 hours before they are added during the final stages of churning. The ice cream base itself is made with brown sugar (and of course, more rum) that adds a deep caramel flavour and compliments the lovely spiced rum.
