About This Flavour

Colin is our lovely delivery driver who also happens to make one heck of a carrot cake.

We take Colin's delicious cake and flavour our premium creamy base with it. Once churned, the ice cream is liberally scattered with yet more chunks of Colin's carrot cake, pieces of almond brittle for a nice crunch, and swirls of cream cheese icing made with real vanilla beans.

This is a customer favourite and it's easy to see why!
