About This Flavour
To celebrate Saint Andrew's Day, we have created the quintessential Scottish ice cream. Smoky, sweet, salty and peaty - this one is for the whisky lovers!
We add Paisley-based Hawkhead Whisky Smoked Salt to our lusciously creamy base to create a lightly salted and smoky scoop. Thick caramel ribbons spiked with smoky Laphroaig 10 year malt are folded into the lightly-salted base creating a bold and full-bodied ice cream.
