To celebrate the start of the Tokyo Olympics (finally!) we're bringing back Big in Japan: Kinako ice cream with a soy-spiked caramel swirl.
Kinako is roasted soy bean powder and is often used in Japanese sweets - think of it a bit like powdered peanut butter. The kinako is blended into our made-from-scratch base with lashings of soy sauce caramel. Yes, caramel made with soy sauce. Does this sound weird? Probably. Does it taste amazing? Yup!
