An homage to my favourite salad as a kid: the mighty ambrosia (if it's good enough for the Greek gods, it's good enough for us!)
The base starts with coconut-infused milk mixed with a dab of sour cream to give it a delicious tang. Once the ice cream base is churned the tub is hand packed with Amarena cherries, mandarin fruit swirl and gobs of house-made marshmallow fluff (NO gelatin).
